For this product we will provide a 36 (thirty-six) month warranty by the Quantum producer.
Company headquarters is located under the following address: Popularna 20 street, 02-473 Warsaw, which covers fatcory defects of the product or defects resulting from production reasons.
The warranty is provided in the territory of the European Union, as well as the countries where the products under the warranty are shipped to.
The user, after confirming a defect for production reasons, may start a complaint process on the RMA website after indicating the order in which they purchased the item under the warranty.
If the item was purchased by another means of distribution (confirmed by the staff of quantumpmu.com) please refer to the information on the Returns and Complaints page under the tab Quantum device was purchased from a source other than the Quantum shop.
The user may also file a complaint by e-mail, but it may extend the process - that's why we suggest using an RMA form which will lead the user through the complaint process step by step.
- The producer can remove the defect by:
- Fixing the damaged component
- Replacing the damaged component
- Replacing the subject of the warranty for a new one (i.e. the same or a later model) Whereby it is the Guarantor who determines the materiality and method of removal of the defect
Return shipping to the Guarantor's delivery spot is covered by the Guarantor (Quantum) based on the payment document (sales receipt, invoice) from a shipping spot - the shipping price shouldn't exceed the price of standard shipping (the producer covers only standard shipping, without any extra services, i.e. express delivery, weekend delivery etc.) The warrantor may order picking up the package from the client's, but it may extend the time of the process. The customer should contact our service to set the deatils through a RMA form (after filing a complaint).
Guarantor undertakes to remove defects immediately (max. within 14 days), but this time may be extended in case of consultation with the Consumer and lack of response on his part by the proportional number of days of delay of the Consumer.
The warranty doesn't cover mechanical damage (water damage, fall, break, crack etc.) caused by the Customer.
The warranty gets annulled also in case of:
- self-damaging the seals,
- self-fixing or fixing in an unauthorized place,
- not indicated by the producer, purchasing from a source unverified by the producer (it's required to have a proof of purchase or a purchase data from the quantumpmu.com store).
The warranty does not cancel, limit or suspend the buyer's rights based on the rules of warranty for defects of a sold item.
