Purchases without VAT in the EU (net)*
If you have a company within the European Union with an active VAT number in the VIES system, you can purchase our
products at net prices.
For this to be possible, you will need to complete your account billing details with the details of your company, including
the VAT number active in VIES.

Problems with payment?
If your payment ends in an error or your order has not yet been paid, you can renew or modify it.
To do this, select "CURRENT" in the
"YOUR ACCOUNT" tab. Once you have selected your order, click "PAY" and then
select your payment method.
If, despite attempts, the payment is still rejected, check settings; data validity, limits, 3-D Secure authorisation
and the possibility of card payment for purchases on the Internet.
Tax and customs fees
European Union:
European Union countries are exempt from customs up to 1,000 euros, over that sum, aforementioned fees might be
added.
Non-EU countries:
During delivery process, customs and VAT might be added - however, most countries do not apply these charges
below a certain value of the sales document.
It is due to the fact that the products you order from us are sold under a net price (without tax).
Customs Office will calculate tariffs and VAT according to your country’s regulations.
The fees depend on the total amount of the order and we cannot calculate them due to the differences in tax
regulations of destination countries.
To find out these amounts or the customs duty threshold, you should contact the customs and tax office in your
country with Proforma invoice (available after you place an order) and ask about aforementioned fees.
In both cases, our delivery service partner will notify you by e-mail or by text message whether your Customs
Office requires any tariffs during the shipping process, and they will send you full info on how to submit those
fees.
The courier company delivering your order is not the recipient of customs duties - the company only acts as an intermediary in transferring the amount to the Customs and Revenue Service
Keep in mind that lack of fulfilling formalities connected with customs may result in a delay, followed by
returning your products to us and charging the shipping fee twice.
