Provide your clients with the highest level of safety during eyelid permanent makeup removal procedures.
Sterilization: Before and after each procedure, sterilize the protective shields in an autoclave. Sterilization should be carried out at a temperature of 121°C for 30 minutes.
-
Size Selection: Choose the appropriate cover size (S, M, L) to match the client’s eyeball size
- Size S – for small eyes
- Size M – for medium-sized eyes (most commonly used size)
- Size L – for large eyes
Remember! The size of the protective shield must be perfectly matched to the client's eyeball!
-
Eye Preparation: Thoroughly cleanse the eye area to ensure hygiene during the procedure
-
Application of Drops: Apply eye drops, preferably in gel form, to minimize discomfort
-
Placing the Cover: Gently place the shield on the eyeball, ensuring it fits well
-
Additional Protection: Place a protective sticker on the eye not undergoing the procedure
-
Eye Protection: On the eye not undergoing the procedure, apply protective steel or rubber glasses for increased safety
-
Switching to the Other Eye: After the procedure, gently remove the shield from the eyeball and proceed to the other eye, repeating all steps
-
Cool the Treated Area: After the procedure, use a cold compress to cool the treated area for a few minutes
The protective shield size must be perfectly matched to the client’s eyeball!
A mismatched shield does not provide adequate protection, which can lead to serious health consequences, such as corneal damage, irritation, or other serious vision issues. Before starting the procedure, carefully check that the selected size matches the client’s anatomical eye features.
We recommend double eye protection to minimize discomfort and risk during the procedure. Combined with steel (or rubber) protective glasses and Eye Shields stickers, stainless steel shields provide maximum safety.
